Doug has 38 years' experience in infrastructure management in the Central Coast. Employed by MNS Engineers, Doug is a registered Civil Engineer and was author of the Los Olivos Wastewater Management Plan (under contract to the County Environmental Health Dept.). Doug Supports numerous Special Districts, Cities and Counties in the Central Coast.
